Susan winter coat

A whole day late with no real excuse for what's taking up my time.  I'm pretty sure I've passed the point where normally I would have lost interest and stopped drawing again, so my self-imposed deadline (even though I broke it a little) seems to be working.

As for the picture itself, the snow made me think of doing wintertime stuff!  Today's gripes: I don't really like legs.  Or feet.  But the whole point is to work on improving things I'm not good at, so I'm trying to make myself do things.  I did get annoyed with trying to draw the snowflakes on the original outfit and gave up on them.  Also I put a chocolate bar instead of the present the original character was tossing in the air, because I realized I still haven't really done anything to show the idea I've had for a long time that Susan's a chocoholic (wow, DA recognizes that as a word).  Maybe my next picture will have some hot cocoa to go with the winter theme.

To give credit to the artist who originally made the outfit, this was something I found here on DA:  CeVIO ALYS OFFICIAL : Hiver.  I should start putting the original pictures that I use, but it depresses me to see how much better they are.
